Assistant Coach The part time Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach by providing effective leadership and day-to-day administration for the sport while fostering skills development and teamwork among players. Job Summary: -assist in recruiting players -assist in the organization and supervision of all practices, games, and other workout sessions for the team. -assist the head coach in the instruction and coaching of all players -follow and maintain frequent and transparent system of communication with staff members. Qualifications: -English speaking. -Vietnamese and Korean speaking preferred but not required. -Passion for basketball and children. -One or more years of coaching experience preferred. -Ability to work a flexible and irregular schedule required.
